Movies to watch before you die, part 1

I've made this list because there are certain movies that should be watched, must be watched:

1.  Cry Freedom (Richard Attenborough)

2.  Schindler's List (Steven Spielburg)

3.  Princess Bride (Rob Reiner)

4.  The Power of One

5.  Shrek

6.  Taken (Steven Spielburg)

7.  Saving Private Ryan (Steven Spielburg)

8.  The Color Purple (again, Steven Spielburg)


This is a short list--it's generally longer than this, but this is a good start.  All of these movies have some sort of value to them, a dream, a greater love.

9.  One of my all time favorites--Say Anything
